I really liked the video and thought that it made a lot of good points. I agree with him, people are more into there devices then they are with the real world. Having face to face conversations are not as common as they use to be. People are scared to talk to a stranger because it could be awkward or different from what they are used too. I think we should take a week with out our phones and devices and just enjoy each other and what the world has to offer. Don't let a device change the world, you make a change and enjoy the world.

I am more than half way done, I think i just need a day or two to finish my website. It is looking pretty good right now I just need a couple more pages and make sure all my links are okay.

Welcome back! How was your Spring Break? Tell me all about it. You've been out of school for 10 days so I know you will have plenty to share. Make it good!

IT WAS AWESOME. The first week I hung out with all my friends that were in town and we had a couple of parties. It was really relaxing not having to worry about anything and just doing what ever we wanted. Then a couple of friends and I went to Colorado with my mom and her friends. The weather was perfect and the mountain was not crowded at all. The first two days were in the 40's and sunny. The last day was a blizzard so there was fresh powder every where you went. It was one of the funnest trips I have been on.

Do you like the layout of this project? Have you benefited from your brainstorming sheet? Was it more helpful or annoying when starting to map out your website? Explain why.

Yes I do like the layout of this project, it is allowing me to explore Dream Weaver and understand how to create a more complicated website. The brainstorming sheet has helped me out a little bit but I don't really use it that much. It was very helpful when I first started my website, it gave me an idea of how i wanted my website to look.

Yes I am caught up. Complete everything that day so I don't have to play ketch-up the following day. Yes I do like having small checkpoints. No I am not behind at all. WORK HARD PLAY HARD.

My websire is going to be different from everyone's because i will include many details in all my pages. I will also make it a exciting, fun website that is easy to work and doesn't bore you. Quarter Zip Sweaters, I chose this product because their are many different types of quarter zips and they are in style for all ages right now. They are also very comfortable and they look great when you go out at night. They also keep your very warm which is a plus. 

What are three things you learned about color theory and web design  yesterday? Go in to detail.

Contrasting colors together will improve the quality of your website but it doesn't mean that your site will be perfect. I learned that colors are very important and their are MANY different type of color schemes and methods of putting colors together. I also learned a lot more about color blindness.

What effect can a color scheme have on a website? How can it make a website better? How can it make a website worse? Explain why color is important.

It can make the website look more appealing to the viewer. Also it can make you website look better or worse. It could make it worse by if it is too bright or makes it hard to look at for long periods of time or if you can not read the text because of all the colors. Great colors and design can improve your website.

What did you learn about file types as you created and designed your travel website? What are some other kinds of file types you know of? What do these different files do? Explain.

I learned that the files are the most important part and it makes everything so much easier if you have it all organized. Also i learned that a .png file can not be edited. Each file has a purpose and will allow you to do different things to the photo.

What was your takeaway from this Travel Site? What did you learn that you didn't know before? How will the knowledge of how we built this site help you improve your future websites?

I learned how to use Photoshop and also it was interesting how easy it was to actually put the site together. Now i know more about photos and how to create websites which i think will be very helpful when I am older and have a job making bank.

How can Photoshop be a valuable tool in web design? Explain.

It allows you to put more into your photos which can make your website stand out more. It also can express your personality more and grab peoples attentions. Photoshop is a great tool.

I don't really know much about photoshop. I used in a middle school for a computer class but that is the only time i ever used it. I was alright at it but I am not a pro.

I made my website very easy to use. There is always a link to go back to a page or to the next page. I give a lot of info in places that are easy to find. Also my color choice made it easy on the eyes so the user could read it with out getting a head ache.

It was a great weekend, Sweetheart was really fun. It was the best group of people that I could think of.  The party was the best part. Everyone was having a good time.

I want you to understand my life style when you are done going through my website. I will talk about my friends, family, my job, and all about my life. You will see what my social life is like and how my family is. It will be a very interesting website.

I was gone that day but I have done coding in my CAPS class and I thought it was very confusing at first but then it became very easy to me.

Tell me if you agree with this statement and then explain why or why not. "Images on the internet are 'free game' - if someone posted it, I should be able to use it."

I agree that if an image is posted on the internet, then anyone can use that image. I think this because the person that put the image on the internet put it there because he wants people to see it, relate to it, and maybe use it if they want, but if you use the image you have to site where you got it from. Taking credit for someones  stuff is not aloud on the internet so if you site your work or image then i think that images are free game on the the internet.

What do you know about plagiarism? What do you know about plagiarism on the internet? How do web design, the internet and plagiarism all effect each other? Explain.

Plagiarism is when someone takes credit for someones work when they did not do it them self. It happens all the time and is a big problem, mostly for high school students. Plagiarism effects web design and the internet because someone could take credit for your work and copy your web site and take all your ideas and you wouldn't even know. 

What do you already know about web design? How it works? Programs you can use? Tools that exist? Anything.

I know that if it is a .com website it means that anyone could of made it. Every single website has a different code and each code is unique. The internet is so rad if you really think about it.
